The Chairman and Council of the Bow Group are delighted to announce the Bow Group's 60th Anniversary Reception.

The reception will take place on the Terrace of the Palace of Westminster in the presence of Patrons, Alumni and Members, at 7pm on the 17th July 2012, with an address by the Bow Group's President, The Rt. Hon Sir John Major KG CH at 8pm.

Standard tickets are priced at cost at £35.00, but in order to help fund our increasing research, debates and publications, we are also giving the option of a "60 for 60" ticket, which includes a donation of £25.00 to the Group.

The Bow Group is pleased to announce that Australian Member of the House of Representatives, the Hon. Kevin Andrews (Shadow Minister for Families and Housing), will be joining us for a round table discussion on conservative welfare reform.

The Hon. Kevin Andrews began his career as a barrister and became involved in both education and health services. First elected in 1991, he served in the Howard Government in three ministerial roles: As Minister for Ageing, Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations and finally as Minister for Immigration and Citizenship the 2007 election. He is currently the shadow Minister for Families, Housing and Human Services in the Abbott Shadow Cabinet for the Liberal Party of Australia.
