Sophia Bryant

Co-Director of Generation Conservative

Sophia Bryant is a member of the Bow Group and a student of Politics at the University of Warwick. She has been awarded the Wilfred Harrison Memorial prize for academic achievement and contribution in 2016. She currently holds a position on the Warwick Conservative Association executive committee, and contributes towards society publications. 

In addition to having campaigned for Zac Goldsmith MP at the London 2016 mayoral elections, Chris White MP during the 2015 general election and locally for the Warwick and Leamington Conservative Association, Sophia notably helped to lead a campaign to disaffiliate the University of Warwick from the National Union of Students.

Sophia co-leads Generation Conservative, a project aiming to provide an alternative platform for young conservatives who frequently find themselves alienated and disillusioned by the contemporary extremity of liberal student politics.

Sophia's current research interests include the European Union, International Security, Religion in Politics, and Democracy in Comparative Politics.
