We have the highest taxes in 70 years, the highest number of immigrants coming into the country in history. The government spends more than the last Labour government. It is to the left of the last Labour government in every major area of policy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Brexit was about making a change, a big, fundamental change, and I think people believed that Boris was going to do that. Frankly, he&#8217;s done the opposite and that&#8217;s the problem for him. If he had the total support of his base, you can survive any scandal.
