Andrew Spindler
President and CEO, The Financial Services Volunteer Corps
Andrew Spindler has led FSVC and overseen its work since 1993. He was previously a Senior Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he helped develop the first international risk-based capital standards and served on the Basel Supervisors Committee. He spent earlier periods of his career in international banking and at The Brookings Institution. He has served since 2004 as a member of the Board of the Dubai Financial Services Authority, the supervisory authority for the Dubai International Financial Center.
