The House of Lords
Committee Room 3
18:30 PM (Please allow 30 minutes to process security at Cromwell Green Entrance)
The first of what will be an annual ‘State of the Party’ address intended to hold the party to account will feature Lord Norman Tebbit delivering a lecture on “Reviving the Conservative movement: Why we need to restore the role of the activist and empower the grass roots”
The event will be hosted by the Bow Group on March 19th at 6:30PM and is especially relevant following our conference edition of Crossbow (http://www.bowgroup.org/magazine/crossbow-magazine-conference-2013), which reflected on the causes behind a halving of party membership numbers since David Cameron became party leader.
